Well I had a GREAT birthday!! Had BBQ chicken and bread and cake for dinner at home, that ruled. As for presents, I got a DVD player, "The Matrix" and "Braveheart" on DVD, "Jeff Buckley Live in Chicago" and "The Osbournes Season One" are on order. And from my friend Mike, I got a Weird Al Yankovic Box Set!!! Wooooooo!! Great food, great people, and great presents. What more can one ask for?
The DVD player actually WORKS on my crappy little TV/VCR!!! Someday I need to get a MUCH bigger TV . . . and some good speakers . . . and a good stereo system. But first I need a place of my own, and a job! Then I can get all that other stuff. Until then, I'll use what I've got.
