Welcome to the pond

Pretty good day so far. Had a hard time waking up, as usual, but I did manage to drag my butt to class. I thought today was going to be a homework-heavy day, but so far it has not been that. So I've been enjoying the nice weather. I walked around the street fair after class. I've also been listening to music, and a lot of it. I love music, and I usually have some song stuck in my head wherever I go. It's great, like your own portable stereo in your head. I really love taking my CD player around with me when I go out walking, or to go get a newspaper from the bookstore. I don't know what I'd do without music!!

I think I've managed to get a bit ahead of the game as far as schoolwork goes, and that's good. It allows me to spend extra time doing the things I love, instead of having to read every single day. The homework load isn't too bad this term, so that's a bonus.
