Welcome to the pond

LOL From the overwhelming response to my previous post, I guess I'm the only one reading my blog. Ohhhhh well. In other news, This or That has a new website. So here are my answers for this week!

1. Stay in or go out on New Year's Eve? I usually stay in.
2. If you stay home, do you stay up to ring in the new year, or fall asleep earlier? I always stay up past midnight, every day of the week.
3. If you go out, do you prefer to attend a party at someone's home, or go to a bar/nightclub/restaurant? If someone had a party I might go. Otherwise, I'm not really sure.
4. Make resolutions, or do you not bother? Sometimes I do. But not this year, I'm not sure I could keep any.
5. Ever been to Times Square (New York City) on New Year's Eve, or just watched the ball drop on TV? I've never even been to New York!!
6. Toast the New Year with champagne or a soft drink? Soft drink. Well, probably water this year.
7. Do you have a special New Year's dinner or not? No I don't.
8. Do you already have your 2003 calendar, or do you wait to buy one until the stores mark them down? I received a lovely Norway 2003 Calendar for Christmas this year.
9. Take down Christmas decorations: before or after New Year's? Well, we got ours down two days after Christmas!!
10. Funny hats and noisemakers, or a quieter celebration? I've always had a quiet celebration. Usually I watch the fireworks at the rodeo grounds near our neighborhood. We can see the show from our backyard!!

In other news - I'm getting new glasses!! My eyesight is crap by now, so I really needed a new prescription. And these new glasses will have shading when I go out in the sun!! Yay!
