Voting and Radio AOL
My ballot has been mailed (that's the way we do it here in Oregon) and I've voted for the first time! I'm proud of myself, and in the future I'm definitely going to pay more attention to ballot measures/candidates so that I can be as informed as possible.
In other news, I have some advice for thos of you who use America Online as your internet service. A few weeks ago, I decided to give Radio AOL a spin. It's listed on the toolbar at the top of the screen, and I had never really bothered to check it out until now. I'm happy to report that it's very easy to use and very reliable! There are SO many stations, even artist-specific stations. There are very few ads. You don't need to sign up for anything. All you do is start the player and click on whatever station you want to listen to! My only complaint is that you can only save five presets. Also, the audio rarely skips or pauses, and I'm using a dialup connection. I can only imagine how well it would perform in broadband.
So I'm recommending that anyone with AOL should check out Radio AOL and start listening to some great music!
