It's Take Me Back Tuesday from the Music Memoirs. This meme was pretty tough for me! I'm just starting to get into older music, so the 60's and 70's choices weren't too easy. I conveniently blanked out on songs from the 90's, but I honestly feel those three songs are true favorites of mine. I couldn't even choose a third 60's band until I started thinking outside the rock n' roll box. So here's the meme, and my answers. If I put any song or band in a wrong category, please correct me in the comments:
The last four decades....list 3 of your favorite songs from each:
1990's
Cherub Rock - The Smashing Pumpkins
Grace - Jeff Buckley
She Talks To Angels - The Black Crowes
1980's
Dancing With Myself - Billy Idol
Let's Go Crazy - Prince & The Revolution
Walk Like An Egyptian - The Bangles
1970's
Hotel California - The Eagles
Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynrd
Kashmir - Led Zeppelin
1960's
Purple Haze - Jimi Hendrix
Sunshine Of Your Love - Cream
Sympathy For The Devil - The Rolling Stones
Now doing the same...list 3 of your favorite bands from each:
1990's
The Smashing Pumpkins
Metallica
BeauSoleil (I guess I'll put them in the 90's)
1980's
Prince and The Revolution
U2
Depeche Mode
1970's
Led Zeppelin
The Ramones
Aerosmith
1960's
The Jimi Hendrix Experience
The Rolling Stones
The Temptations

Nice answers! We have a tiny bit of overlap.
BeauSoleil is awesome! I saw them perform in FL a few years back...just tremendous musicians. The folks just love to dance to that Louisiana beat.
Natalie, I'm going to see Beausoleil on the 27th. It's my second time seeing them live, and I cannot wait!
