Happy Friday everyone!! Are we all recovered from St. Patrick's Day? I sure hope so. Here's the Top Five On Friday:

Top 5 songs/albums you listen to when you are stressed

1) Any of the slower Afro Celt Sound System albums (mostly "Seed" and "Volume 1: Sound Magic"). The AC's can really make some relaxing music at times.

2) Jeff Buckley "Live at Sin-E" (Legacy Edition). Jeff's voice was so calming and he knew how to make a song tender and light.

3) k.d. lang "Hymns From The 49th Parallel." Shhhh . . . I only have a burned copy of this. I plan to buy it for my birthday though. None of the 11 songs on this album are at all loud, fast or blood pressure-rising. They are, however, all calm and beautiful and get to your heart and soul.

4) Almost anything Celtic.

5) Nickel Creek's self-titled album. It's so acoustic, so gorgeous, so extraordinary. There are some really calming songs on here, especially "Sweet Afton." That song alone will melt your worries away.
