I watched my DVDs last night and they are both very awesome!! The SRV concert is fantastic with lots of theatrics by Stevie and some awesome guitar performances. The Jimi DVD is very primitive because concert videos weren't made too often back then, I suppose. I could have used more shots of Jimi actually playing the guitar, but the awesomely powerful music more than makes up for it. If Jimi played like that at 2 AM, imagine what he did in better circumstances!

This is Melly. I had a hard time finding any music artists from 1980. Oh well I suppose 80 just wasn't the year for birthing musicians. But I was looking at your side panel and I think Incubus and Dave Matthews rock.
And back then nobody suspected that "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough" was a song about little boys....
OK, that was bad. ;)
