Welcome to the pond

I'm lounging around at the computer, listening to music and waiting for the Sunday Brunch to show up. I've gotta post SOMETHING, cause I like to keep all my readers entertained.

I'm thinking of getting not four but FIVE CDs for my birthday. I already know what I want the four to be, but I also want to have the experience of buying something spontaneously. I wanna look around and see what they have and then get something I didn't even know I wanted! Ya know? Also, two of the CDs I'm getting I have already heard, and I like buying NEW music that I haven't listened to yet. I make a huge deal out of these music-buying rituals. They're expensive rituals, but still fun for a music lover like myself.

Anyone have any good new music/artists to recommend? Let me know and I'll check 'em out if I can find 'em!
