Welcome to the pond

Tonight I watched the VH1 Storytellers performance of Green Day, and I am so impressed!! I was totally blown away by how GOOD Green Day is, how good their songs are, how good Billy Joe can sing and how hard they can rock! If you're reading this and you get VH1 and you like rock, you really need to catch a repeat of that concert. Green Day is definitely one of the greatest rock bands of the last decade. I don't care whether they're punk or not, they're an awesome band and they know how to write great songs. I'm definitely on the verge of buying "American Idiot" for my birthday! I was that amazed by what I heard tonight.
