Top Fizzle on Fridizzle, y'all:

Top 5 Road Trip Albums

Do double albums count? They count for me! I tend to think of road trip albums as "fun" albums. You're enjoying the music so much that you don't notice how long the trip takes.

1) Afro Celt Sound System - "Volume 3: Further In Time" and "Pod." Both albums are good for long trips, the songs kind of blend into each other. I've read Amazon reviews about Volume 3 saying it's a good album for car trips, so many agree with me.

2) Stevie Ray Vaughan - "The Essential Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble." This is a double album of Stevie Ray's best known hits. There's at least an hour and a half of good tunes on here, with slower numbers mixed in with the rocking blues jams.

3) Hoven Droven "Groove." This is a Swedish folk-rock band and they kick some major behind. The miles will melt away when you let it all go and listen to this collection of fun, horn and fiddle-infused Swedish music.

4) BeauSoleil - "Cajun Conja." Yeah, I had to put a BeauSoleil album on here. I think this one packs the greatest number of fun and energetic songs into one disc. It's sure to get you going when you're on the road.

5) Buckwheat Zydeco - "Ultimate Collection." I'm listening to this album as I'm writing this, and I think it'd be great for a road trip! Most of the songs are high energy, fast paced Zydeco classics. Just make sure you don't speed while listening to it!

Top 5 Songs You Sing At The Top Of Your Lungs

1) Jeff Buckely - "Grace." Jeff sang at the top of HIS lungs, and I do too.

2) Lenny Kravitz - "Fly Away." I've sang at the top of my lungs to this song before, and quite enjoyed myself.

3) Smashing Pumpkins - "Tonight Tonight." Great stuff.

4) Aerosmith - "Walk This Way." Yeah, I don't know the words either, but I pretend I do. The Run-DMC version is easier to scream to because Steven Tyler screams the chorus.

5) Led Zeppelin - "Whole Lotta Love." Who hasn't sang along to this one?

I like the Run DMC version of Walk This Way. Of course that was part of my junior high experience!

Great answers as always and thanks for playing!
