Welcome to the pond

I've spent a good portion of the afternoon scanning photos to my hard drive. I want to be ready when I run into slow times with my uploading on Flickr.

One thing that really frustrates me is finding out that I've uploaded a photo twice! I've done that a few times already and I wish I could stop it! I have, however, found a solution: I've made a folder in my photo files for pictures that I've already uploaded to Flickr. Anything that's not in that folder is fair game! This doesn't include special sets like my Maui pictures or U of O pictures.

I think I'm going to make some or all of the photos of myself public. So if you wanna know what I look like, today is your lucky day!
