Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great Christmas (or Hanukkah). Mine was good, except for the fact that I'm sick. I did get a lot of good stuff though. Here's what I got:
From my dad's parents: Money, and "The Far Side Gallery 5" at our random gift exchange.
From my parents:
- Money for new headphones
- Membership to the U of Oregon art museum
- 2 pairs of jeans
- 2 sweatshirts
- Chocolates
- Batteries
- Elvis Costello "This Year's Model" CD
- The Jayhawks "Rainy Day Music" CD
- Dave Matthews Band Central Park Concert DVD
- A new music ornament
- A new Detroit Redwings hat
From my mom's parents:
- Jimi Hendrix "Band Of Gypsys" CD
- Room Full Of Mirrors: A Biography Of Jimi Hendrix
- Star Wars Episode III DVD
- A handmade Christmas stocking
I love it all! I got some really good stuff this year, I think.
I ate a lot yesterday, mostly turkey stuffed into lefse (Norwegian tortillas). I also enjoyed seeing my nieces again. They're both walking now, which is great. I snapped a lot of pictures of them yesterday. I used over half a roll just on the present-opening!
That was my Christmas. Hopefully next year I won't be sick, but that's how it goes sometimes.
