Welcome to the pond

This will probably embarass her, but I'm going to post it anyway.

My longtime blogging buddy Karen is, like me, a photographer. She consistently shoots great photos, and a lot of them at that! Of course, who wouldn't shoot great photos living in the beautiful state of Utah? You can check her photos out at her Flickr photostream. There are over 3000 great shots to look at, but I want you to pay particular attention to the shots she posted on February 19, 2006. She took some amazing winter shots, some involving the sun, others involving tree branches (a favorite subject of mine) and others involving close-up shots of the snow and ice.
