Summer's almost here, and Take Me Back Tuesday is ready!
Memorial Day is the unofficial start of summer in the US....so let's think summer!
What's your favorite way to listen to music on a hot summer day?
Either on my portable player on a walk, with a cool breeze in the air, or at my computer with something cold to drink.
Do you have any music that you like to listen to more in the summer than any other time of the year?
I haven't really noticed. I can listen to anything, anytime. I probably tend to listen to more upbeat stuff, though. Something with a beat or some smoking electric guitar.
Do you see more concerts in the summer? And if so what type of venues do you prefer to see those shows?
I'm very picky as to which bands I'll pay to see, so it all depends on when the artists come here. I usually go see the Folk Music Festival in May, but I skipped this year because they changed venues.

-I think I listen to more upbeat music in the summer as well. Last summer I listened to a lot of Weezer, Metallica, System of a Down, and Mars Volta.
-I certainly see more concerts in the summer. I perfer pretty small venues which are completely general admission. One of my favorite venues is Roseland Ballroom in NY. General Admission shows just have a fun atmosphere and it seperates the big fans from the small ones because the die hard fans get their nice and early to be up front.
I think I would kill for a cool breeze right now! Great answers!
