Flickr Fun Saturday
Summer is almost here, so let's travel! I'm sure Italy is a good place to be in June, so let's see what's going on there.
Milan:
Look at the amazing architecture of this Milanese church! Stunning!
Wouldn't you like to take a walk down this corridor?
Need to go somewhere? Milan Centrale station can get you there, and give you a nice view in the process.
After a nice pasta meal, take a walk on a lovely bridge.
Florence:
Ever seen a golden statue? You have if you've been to Florence.
Step back and take a grander view of the city.
Is the stairway to heaven located in Florence? It's quite possible!
Bridges and flowers. Both things you'll find in abundance in Italy.
Such lovely architecture!
Please don't be disturbed if you see a head coming out of a building. It's art, you know.
Rome:
When in Rome, do as Romans do. Listen to some good music played by people who love to play it.
Religion is big in Rome, and it makes for some great art too.
The Vatican also has some amazing stairs.
No, I did not forget the Colosseum.
When you combine water and great architecture, you get magic.
Other Italian photos:
What amazing colors, and a great view too!
Yes, it's summer, but I can't help loving this winter scene.
Italy is a place where things grow and become gorgeously green.
Won't you take a walk with me down this Venetian corridor?
What is Italy most famous for? Its grapes, which grow in vineyards where the world's best wine is made.
I'll end our journey with this amazing view of the mountains in Positano. Thank you for coming along on my Italian journey!
