Flickr Fun Saturday

I have a very fun topic for this week's installment - dancing! Let's see what crazy and cool images people post about that.

Danja is flying through the air.
Dancing can be very intimate, especially at a wedding.
Dancing can also be colorful.
When you're dancing, the most important part of your body is your feet.
If you like, you can use props while dancing (just be careful with props such as these!)
Dancing can be done in groups.
Many forms of dancing require a lot of energy and enthusiasm.
It's quite enjoyable to dance under flashy, colorful lights.
Dancing comes natural to humans when there's music around. Children are very instinctive dancers.
Sometimes dancing is formal, allowing you to express yourself through appearance.
Dancing can be on the cutting edge of culture, giving younger people a platform to express their creativity and individuality.
Some dancing requires you to have the right equipment for the task.
Some folks choose to dance to their own beat, and more power to them for doing it!
Dancing can certainly be a form of art.
No matter how, when or where you dance, the important thing is to enjoy yourself.

If you decide to explore photos tagged with 'dancing' or 'dance' on Flickr, be aware that you do so at your own risk. Many images I've seen while compiling tonight's entry were, shall we say, fairly racy.

Finally, if you'd like to see some photos I've taken of dancers at the Scandinavian Festival in Junction City, Oregon this year, just click this link and enjoy!
