I usually celebrate by watching the festivities on TV - nothing too complicated.

I met my good friend Jessica this year. I didn't expect that to happen, but I'm very glad it did!
Salad - Where was your favorite place that you visited in 2006?
Border's. That's where Jessica and I met up when she came to visit me.
Main Course - What resolution is your top priority for 2007?
Getting a job. That's the priority right now.
