Top Five On Friday - 5/18/07

Today's Top Five is all about love and hate:

Top Five Songs you love from artists you hate

1) Toby Keith - "I Love This Bar". I love this song. I don't love Toby Keith, but he did a really great drinking song here.

2) Fall Out Boy - "Sugar, We're Going Down". This was their first big hit, and I enjoyed it (along with the video). I only allow myself to like one song per crappy emo band, and this is that song for Fall Out Boy.

3) Good Charlotte - "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous". I used to like these guys, but I got over them after their horrible third album. Well, I don't know if it's horrible, but the singles really sucked.

4) Modest Mouse - "Dramamine". I went through one or two months where I loved this band, but then I saw them for what they really are - a decent band with a horrible lead singer. I'm so glad I didn't buy any of their albums.

5) Pearl Jam - "Life Wasted". I've never been a very big Pearl Jam fan, but this song just rocks. You don't hear too many bands coming up with actual riffs anymore.
