Top 5 "Musical" prized possessions...rare cd...autographs, instruments etc.

1)



This is a Jimi Hendrix-themed box that I bought at the Eugene Saturday Market a couple years ago. It is all hand-painted and one-of-a-kind. I don't just display it, but also keep random things (my glasses, band-aids, cough drops, etc.) in it.

2)



This is a photo of me and Michael Doucet from BeauSoleil. It was taken just last year, in April. Michael is such a great musician and very good with his fans!

3) An autographed DVD insert. The DVD is BeauSoleil's New Orleans Live DVD. The signature is from the above man, Michael Doucet.

4) A CD cover autographed by Keri Noble. I've seen her twice now, and she's great! She's awesome with fans, old and new alike.

5) My Jimi Hendrix CDs. Not only is the music wonderful, but the liner notes are usually informative and very well-designed.

Bonus:

If you could give your Meme Mistress one musical thing for her b-day on Monday what would it be?

I'd give her a private concert with the Moody Blues, Duran Duran, Nick Lowe, Gordon Lightfoot, Elvis Costello, Paul McCartney, and Davy Jones. She can select the set list for each act, and at the end they will all come out and sing a song they wrote especially for her. After they start playing, Elvis announces that a special guest wants to dance with her - it's Fish!

Then they all go out for a lambic beer.
