Cheer up! Today is Grouch Day on the Mambo:
Top five grouchiest musicians.
1. Johnny Rotten (Sex Pistols). He always has something rude to say about someone or something. I think his nickname fits.
2. Axl Rose (Guns 'N Roses). He is constantly late for shows - if he even bothers showing up. He kicked out all the good members of GnR out of the band, and keeps promising a new album that has yet to see the light of day. Axl does not have a great track record.
3. Kanye West. His ego is bigger than the sunglasses he wears in his videos. He seems to think he should win every award category he's nominated for, and usually throws a fit when he doesn't win. Which is often.
4. Courtney Love (Hole). I don't know why she's grumpy, or if she even is, but she certainly has a bad attitude and doesn't act much like a lady.
5. Elvis Costello in 1978. The original Napoleon Dynamite has mellowed a bit with age, but he was one angry dude back in the 1970s. One of his songs back then was titled "I'm Not Angry," but no one who listened to his other songs believed it.
