Bus blues

Reading this Portland Mercury blog post about a woman who had a very rough experience with a bus driver makes me appreciate Eugene's nice, friendly (or, at the very least, non-threatening) bus drivers. As one commenter pointed out, we don't know both sides of the story, but I think the driver could have been far more courteous than he was. Driving a bus is providing customer service!
