Not Happy

A couple weeks ago I bought Across The Universe on DVD, only to end up with a faulty disc. I took it back several days later (bought it at Circuit City), but it wasn't in stock then. They gave me store credit for it.

Each time I keep calling to see if they have it again, it's not there! This is extremely frustrating. Instead of having a much-anticipated movie in my possession, I now have to wait, and wait, and wait. I can't just buy it somewhere else, unless I want to spend another $20 and end up with a Circuit City card that I'd rather spend on the item I actually want.

I want my DVD, and I want it now! Why don't they have it in stock? It's practically a brand-new release!
