I had a very busy day today. My grandmother and I went out to the Junction City Scandinavian Festival. We stayed a few hours, and I didn't really get to explore like I usually do. That's fine by me, though. Sometimes it's good to take in fewer sights, sounds and tastes. Sometimes it's good to not do too much. I took photos (mostly of the children's folk dancing group), which I'll post on Flickr this weekend.
Not long after I was back home, I left the house again and headed downtown. There's a CD/DVD/Video game shop across from the bus station, and I was there yesterday killing time. I finally found a copy of Quadrophenia by The Who! I decided to make that my CD of the month, and I bought it today. My first impression is that this is much better than Tommy. Tommy has its highlights, but this album is more consistent.
Now I'm just relaxing after dinner. Hopefully the weekend will be relaxing too.
