More fail

What is this, Ruin Perfectly good Websites Week'? Bloglines is the latest to mess up their look for no good reason. They've changed the color scheme and fonts on their Beta site, but that's not the worst part. The part I (and apparently every other Bloglines reader) hate is the change of the unread feed text from black to grey. The read feeds are now even lighter grey, almost white. It is so difficult to see which feeds are unread now! It strains your eye just to look at it. Bold, black text is best when you need to set something apart. It didn't take me much time to see what I needed to read on the old Beta skin.

The Beta design was just fine, Bloglines. Why fix what isn't broken?

I suppose I'll have to get used to all these new changes. I seriously doubt user complaints will do much. When companies decide what they want, they stick with it.
