Furious

I ordered a CD from Amazon.com and it arrived today. Unfortunately, I won't be able to listen to it because it is completely defective!

That white coating on the back prevents the information on the CD from being read. I tried it in three different players, both sides, and it simply will not play.

I'm returning it for another copy. Hopefully the new one will be a standard, playable CD. I don't know why a CD would arrive like this. I'm incredibly frustrated! I wanted to listen to it!
