What are 5 things that you like about George Harrison

Ahh, my favorite Beatle!

1) I like how he stayed out of the spotlight and concentrated on making quality music. He didn't seem to have a huge ego like John Lennon and Paul McCartney. He put up with a lot, wasn't given many chances to show what he could do, and could have left that band much earlier than their breakup. He stuck it out and still ended up a star.

2) I like his soulfulness, his thoughtfulness, his conviction of belief. He made music that mattered (for the most part - he knew when to have fun). I usually don't like it when musicians get preachy, but I don't mind it from George. I get the sense that he was thinking a few steps ahead of everyone else in the 60s.

3) I like his voice. It was beautiful, but quirky. It had tenderness and sensitivity. It sounded like no other.

4) The video for "I Got My Mind Set On You." It was a favorite of mine as a child, and I still love it.

5) "Something."
