This week's photos is the Sonja Lodge, home of the local Sons of Norway. At least, it used to be - they've moved elsewhere recently and this building will be removed to make way for a new student housing building. I wanted to get a photo of it before it is gone:

Why knock down a perfectly good residence, especially one with such charm and positive vibes as that place? Bloody money!!! Grrr...

I think they're actually going to move it elsewhere, not tear it down. I'd have to find the article about their plans for it again to be absolutely sure.

That would be a shame if they do intent to demolish instead of move it!
