More on Michael Jackson

If you thought the mania for unreleased material from the likes of Elvis, The Beatles, Jeff Buckley, Kurt Cobain and others was crazy, just wait until you see what happens with the Michael Jackson tracks we haven't yet heard.

People will be clamoring, yes, clamoring for any new Michael Jackson songs, no matter what stage they are in. There have been reports in the past of Michael recording new songs with the likes of Will.I.Am. Perhaps those songs will finally be released? And what about the work he supposedly did for the 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina benefit singles? I would imagine he recording something for these projects. There are probably songs we don't know about, demos that have been stored away, tracks that didn't make Bad and Dangerous.

Get ready for the onslaught of Michael Jackson releases.

One final thought about the impact Michael had on the world: My grandparents, who I've always known to be primarily interested in country music, had a copy of Thriller on L.P.
