I found this on Flickr's page of this week's Interesting photos. I like how it almost looks like a black and white photo even though it's in color. Photographers are often trying to make their photos as colorful as possible, but sometimes the opposite approach works best for your subject.
I also like the mystery going on here. You can't see the expression on the woman's face, so you can only guess what she's doing. Crying? Laughing? Hiding in shame? Or just weary? The magic of photography is that it sometimes allows you to create your own story beyond what you merely see in the image.
