Welcome to the pond

Well, the time has come. It is now raining in Oregon. Even though I've lived here all my life, it's always hard to get used to walking around in wetness after a summer and fall of dryness. Things you take for granted - like not being COLD, and not having your coat, pants, and backpack SOAKING wet - disappear. So I'll have to get used to the rain again. I'm thinking of buying an umbrella so that my gear wont get soaked through.

Well, this looks like an easier weekend than last weekend. I hope I can get some good weather to do my biology project. I may just go out on Sunday, rain or not. Oh, and the UO football squad plays Washington State (#5 in the country) tomorrow. Good luck boys, you'll need it.
