Welcome to the pond

We went to see K in the hospital again today (I'm just using her initial cause I'm a little apprehensive about using family members' names online). She's doing great! She was awake when we were there. She's using her arm quite a bit and responding to questions. I brought her a card that I made and also some pictures of our pets. She was able to read the card and I'm sure she liked it. We'll probably be going back in tomorrow night too.

That's all I have to talk about today. I really should tell some more stories or something instead of just doing memes all the time. Three weeks 'til Christmas!! I can't wait. I'm going to try to send out the gifts I need to mail sometime in the next week, so they'll get there in time.
