Wednesday Mind Hump - 10/18/06

I've been meme-slacking lately, but I'm now I'm back. Here's the Wednesday Mind Hump, Long Distance Day:

1. What's the longest distance you've ever traveled?

From Portland, Oregon to Maui, Hawaii.

2. What's the longest distance you've ever walked?

Once in a while I had to walk to school when I was in high school. I don't know how many miles that is, but it takes an hour to walk there from my house.

3. How far away is the friend/relative who lives the longest distance from you?

Beth lives on the east coast, and that's pretty far away. I also have a pen pal in Sweden, but I don't talk to her as much as I should.

Flying to Maui from most places in North America is a long haul. Unless you are on the west coast - then it's not so far. We did the trip from Ottawa to Maui, travelling through Chicago and San Fransisco on the way, so a LONG trip.

Thanks for stopping by. :)

1. From Utah to Atlanta to England then to Boston to Utah. I've also gone to Boston twice for work/play.

2. 10 miles; I did a walkathon one time to raise money for charity.

3. Friends in England, Finland, and the Orient.

Have a great day, Russ!
