Still frustrated

(Part one here)

I can't return my defective CD until Friday because we have no packing tape to seal the box, and Thursday is a holiday. I'm fairly certain that Amazon won't send another copy until they've received the first copy, which will get to them sometime next week if I'm lucky.

To make matters worse, I looked at the product page to see if any reviewers had similar problems. Now, Amazon lists the item as shipping in 2-4 weeks!

All I want is to have my CD (which I've been wanting for quite a while) and be able to listen to it. Why do things have to be so complicated??
