Time for Top Five:

Top 5 bands you wish would reunite

1)  Smashing Pumpkins.  The current band is just Billy and some other people.  I want Jimmy Chamberlain back.

2)  Nickel Creek.  They're all doing other projects right now, but I'd like to see how they can follow up on "Why Should The Fire Die?"

3)  Elvis Costello and the Attractions.  Bruce Thomas can do his part in the studio separately, and he and Elvis can stand on opposite sides of the stage during live shows.  There are few better bassists than Bruce and I miss his playing.

4)  The Chrissie Hynde/Martin Chambers/Robbie McIntosh/Malcolm Foster lineup of The Pretenders.  That is, assuming Robbie and Malcolm are still around.

5)  The Beatles.  Hendrix/Cox/Mitchell.  The Clash.  Led Zeppelin.  Pink Floyd.  So what if the now-gone members are zombies?
