Ready for Tuesday Tunes? I am!

What if you had a $100 gift card to the music store of your choice, what would you buy?

Well, hopefully I wouldn't have to spend it all at once. If that's the case, I'd just keep getting CDs on my usual schedule until the card is used up.

If I had to spend it all at once, I'd get a good selection of the CDs I've been wanting to buy, and of course some that I didn't know I wanted. I'd look at what is available and get what I want now before it's gone.

What if you had the chance to see your favorite band play anywhere in the world, what band would it be, and where would you be seeing them?

The band - Afro Celt Sound System, of course. Where? Ireland. Outside. During springtime, perhaps.

What if you had a chance to have a job in the music industry, what job would it be and why did you choose it?

I think being a mixing engineer would be much fun. I see what happens on the "Classic Albums" shows and I get excited. But the downside - you have to deal with the talent.

Second choice - something in promotions. Of course, I'd probably get stuck running the Myspace page. Why would I choose that? Because I have a passion for music and I want to share that passion with others. Promotions is all about creating passion for a particular band.
