Friday is time to list the top five, so here's this week's:
Top 5 Male Vocalists
(For each vocalist list one song or album that you feel is their best)
1) Jeff Buckley. His album "Grace" is an amazing accomplishment with many awesome vocal performances.
2) Chris Cornell. My favorite song that Chris sings on is "Burden In My Hand" by Soundgarden.
3) Robert Plant. "Whole Lotta Love" and "Traveling Riverside Blues" are just two songs with Robert's great, bluesy scream of a voice.
4) Freddie Mercury. "Bohemian Rhapsody" is one of the more original rock songs ever written or performed, and is a good introduction to Freddie's vocal style and playfulness.
5) Roy Orbison. "Pretty Woman" and "Only The Lonely" are the classics, but my favorite is "I Drove All Night."
Honorable Mention: Tim Buckley, Jonny Lang, Marvin Gaye, Gavin DeGraw, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, Otis Redding, David Ruffin, Ronald Isely, Roger Daltrey, Steven Tyler. I guess I'll add Axl Rose too.

Great answers. There are so many good ones really, it was hard to pick.
Next week I might try doing this for female vocalists :)
Have a great weekend
