Hi everyone!! It's time for me to do Take Me Back Tuesday:
1. Name three songs that were popular when you were in grade 10.
I was in the tenth grade in 1996 and 1997.
"Building A Mystery" by Sarah McLachlan
"How Do I Live" by Leann Rimes
"Semi-Charmed Life" by Third Eye Blind
1997, based on this list, had some REALLY shitty songs!
2. Name three award winning artists from the year that you were in grade 10.
Apparently this was the year of Celine Dion, because she won a lot of grammys (grammies?) for "My Heart Will Go On"
The Brian Setzer Orchestra won a grammy for "Jump Jive and Wail"
Madonna won a grammy for "Ray Of Light"
I'm not sure if all those songs were from 1997 because I looked at the 1998 Grammy winners list.
3. Name three albums from the year you were in grade 10.
L'Amour Ou La Folie by BeauSoleil
OK Computer by Radiohead
Homogenic by Bjork

blech, can't stand Celine Dion...guess that was a pretty bad year for music.
Love the Sarah McLachlan tune.
1990 was a bad year in music, but I managed to find a few good ones :)
If there is anything that should be labeled "Canada's Worst Export" it would be Celine Dion.
Yeah Marvo, your state has much better exports. Sugar and pineapples, yum!
