Heather Nova has a great voice. I recently found an mp3 of her and Midge Ure doing the Phantom of the Opera theme. Gorgeous.
At first, I really didn't like "Sugar, We're Going Down," but it grew on me and now I listen to it a little too much.
Maybe it reminds you of all the sweet sugary stuff you review, Marvo.
I like your list of music. And the picture is great :)
