Slowly but surely, I'm becoming more active on the internet. Blog Explosion has launched a new forum/message board for its members, and I've joined and even posted a few times. I was on such a roll that I decided to finally join the Afro Celts Forum too. I've never really been much of a message board poster, I mostly lurk and read, so this is a big step for me.

As if I didn't already have enough things to waste my time with online, lol!

I lurk and read on about 10 message boards but I am like you, I don't post often. I am the same with comments on blogs. I read and really read around 100 blogs a day but only leave maybe 5 comments.

Well thanks for posting on my blog, djslim! Personally, I've found that commenting on other blogs is the best way to get people to read your own.

Don't you know it, RF! So many blogs... so little time!

I AM getting worn out reading depressed peoples' blogs. I'm getting to the point when I get to a "blue" post, I just go on to the next. Unless of course it's a blogbuddy who I've been reading for a while and they are temporarily down! (I'm not heartless!) I already feel shitty about everything that is going on in the world. I just don't want to have to keep rehashing and rehashing.

Sorry... didn't mean to go off on a rant. It just came out! Hope you have a good rest of your month and I'll see you when I get back.

yeah, I totally agree with last girl. when I see that words 'katrina' and 'devastation' and 'aid', I just move along at this point....I think I've heard it all.

and definitely, commenting on blogs is the biggest way to get return visitors to your blog. I comment on 'just about' every post I read on any blog unless I really can't think of a damn thing to say.
