Welcome to the pond

Big day today! Nickel Creek concert! I passed up a few good shows this fall to be rewarded with this gem. I think I can say that it was worth missing the other people so that I could afford Nickel Creek. I can't wait to find out which acts are coming here next year!

Top Five "Winter" Songs

I can't think of too many songs aside from Christmas songs! But I'll give it a shot anyway.

1) "White Christmas" by Bing Crosby and whoever else you like.
2) "The Christmas Song" by Nat King Cole and whoever else you like. Although it's been said many times, many ways - Merry Christmas to you!
3) "Vilvinter" by Annbjorg Lien. Who knows more about winter than a Norwegian?
4) "Nevermore" by Afro Celt Sound System. It mentions snow. I think that counts, right?
5) "Jingle Bells" by virtually everyone. Ok, I couldn't come up with more than two non-Christmas songs for this list. I tried my best, I swear!
