Hello everyone! Here's the Wednesday Mind Hump, Cinco De Mayo edition:

1. ¿Como Estás?

I'm doing fairly well tonight. I'm having a little anxiety, which I will post about right after this.

2. Ever been to Mexico? If so, where? What did you do there?

I haven't been there, but my parents have. My dad several times, my mom and sister a few times. They went down to Baja, the San Jose Del Cabo area.

3. Do you like Mexican food? What's your favorite Mexican dish?

I'm not a big fan of Mexican cuisine. I'm not a fan of lettuce, tomatoes or sour cream, nor am I a fan of spicy food. I think my favorite Mexican foods are the tortillas, tortilla chips (without salsa) and plain (either cheese or cheese and meat-filled) quesadillas. That's about it.
