Friday is here again! Let's hope it's a good weekend with lots of nice weather.

Speaking of nice weather . . .

Top Five On Friday

Top five songs to get you heated up.

There could be several interpretations of "heated up" but I'm going to describe it as getting excited, energized, pumped up.

1) Jimi Hendrix - Purple Haze. Any Hendrix fan wets him or herself after hearing that opening guitar riff.
2) Audioslave - Cochise. Starts off strong and only gets stronger. It was Audioslave's introduction to the world, and what an introduction!
3) Afro Celts - Shadowman. This song is ridiculously easy to dance to.
4) Republica - Ready To Go. This song was released in the mid-90s and it's still as good as it was back then.
5) Jeff Buckley - Eternal Life (version from "Mystery White Boy"). This song will not only get you heated up in excitement, but also heated up about the injustices of the world that Jeff is singing about. This live version is heavier and a tiny bit more explicit than the version from "Grace." And it has a very killer guitar intro.
