TGIF! Time for the Top Five:

Top 5 "moon" songs

1) "Honey And The Moon" by Joseph Arthur
2) "Me And The Moon" by Something Corporate
3) "Tonight Tonight" by Smashing Pumpkins (it's a song about nighttime and the video features a trip to the moon)
4) "Werewolves Of London" by Warren Zevon (cause ya can't have werewolves without a full moon)
5) "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-A-Lot (a moon of a different kind!)

Honorable mention goes to "Bad Moon Rising" by Creedence Clearwater Revival, and "Moonshadow" by Cat Stevens and later covered wonderfully by Mandy Moore. AND a new song called "Jealous Of The Moon" on Nickel Creek's forthcoming album! (Yes, I'm adding on to this as I think of more songs)

I really cannot wait until Tuesday, which is when I'm going to get some new CDs. I absolutely love buying new music. It's an addiction for me. Yes, it's a bit of an expensive addiction, but at least it's an addiction that's good for you!
