I wrote a poem about Hurricane Katrina over at my poetry blog, so you can head over there if you'd like to read it. Poetically, it's not all that great, but as usual I tried to put a lot of emotion into it.

That's all for now. I have this strange urge to do a lot of posting, but of course I can't think of anything to post about. Maybe I'll tell a story or something later on.

Thanks for leaving your comment in my post against boycotting blogspot. You're right. spams is not only problem in blogspot, even in blogs as a whole. Blogs is not forced into anyone. You can turn your eyes off. But spam mails is forced into your mailbox. Why nobody say the same level hatred thing against spam mailers but so much hatred to blogspot. How about our innocent bloggers? This is a hate crime the same level as racism. if spam is evil, we should be in this fight together. Why boycotting us! why discriminate us!We should stand up together as a community!

Well I don't know if discrimination against blogspot users is quite on the same level as racism, but in the end it's Google's game to play. If the spam blogs multiply so much that Google decides to get rid of blogspot and blogger, then that would be a sad day indeed. Until that happens, there's absolutely nothing that anyone who thinks blogspot is bad can do to make blogspot blogs go away except, of course, not reading them in the first place! I personally have not seen many spam blogs because I choose which blogs I want to read. Spam is a horrible thing, but we can't let it stop us from doing what we wish to do.
