Rapper Nelly is reportedly developing a reality show about his "day to day life." I like Nelly, I don't have a problem with him, but I am REALLY against this potential show. Why? Because I am TIRED of every single celebrity making a reality show!! It was cute and interesting the first few times. When the Osbournes put their lives on TV, it was must-see-TV. Since then, what have we learned about the lives of celebrities? They can be just as boring and pointless as the lives of regular folk! Celebrities have really cool jobs, but at the end of the day that's all it is - a job. Reality shows don't make that job seem any better than any other job out there.
There are certain celebrity-based reality shows that I like. I am liking the new Danny Bonaduce show because it focuses on the drama and struggles in Danny's relationship with his wife. That is interesting. If there's a theme about the show, that makes it a little more worthwhile. If it's just a show about the "day to day life" of the celeb, then it has the potential to suck!
That's just my opinion, folks. This "let's take a peek behind the curtain" trend is getting very old, very fast. I want to see a celebrity doing whatever they do - acting, singing, whatever - and NOT the day to day process they go through to do it. So I'm asking all famous people - please stop making TV shows about yourselves, because I don't care anymore!

you know which show REALLY sucks? School of Rock or whatever it's called...it has Gene Simmons as the host. I watched it once and I couldn't believe they actually put that shit on the air!
Yeah I've seen that. I say we stop feeding Gene's ego before it gets larger than his tongue.
