Welcome to the pond

This Friday is a big day for me. I'm going to go see Nickel Creek perform again on that day! I've had tickets for over a month now, and I'm really excited to go. They gave a great performance last time, so I'm sure this time will be just as good if not better!

On a more serious note, today is Pear Harbor Day. I'd like to thank all the WWII Veterans for making the ultimate sacrifice and fighting to keep America going strong. It's a different world today, but I'm sure things would be much worse were it not for those young men who wanted to make a difference. I'm not usually "for" war, but I totally understand why that one needed to be fought.
