New record news!
According to Natalie MacMaster's website, she has a new album ready to go called "Yours Truly." I think it drops in April. It doesn't seem like a very long time since she released "Blueprint," but if memory serves me correctly that was out in 2003. I don't know how she found time to record between her constant touring and her new baby, but I'm glad she did!
Also on the horizon is a new Audioslave album, according to this VH1.com article. Tom Morello describes it as an "ass-kicker"! Their last album was incredibly good (see my review from last week), so I'm drooling at the thought of how good their next one will be.
In other music news, I'm going to see the Savoy-Doucet Cajun Band on April 10. The band is Marc Savoy, master accordion player and maker, his wife Ann on guitar and vocals, and BeauSoleil's Michael Doucet on violin. It's not BeauSoleil, but it's close enough for me! I'll see if I can get my old camera in there in case I get to meet Michael again. I haven't been to a show since December, so this will be quite refreshing and exciting.
That's all for now. Looks like I'll be busy buying new music this year. That's always a good thing!

I'll be buying alot too.
Elvis has an album out in June along with Cheap Trick. Then there's the new Erasure coming on April 18. And if all goes well, Duran Duran are supposed to have a new album this summer, but I don't believe that.
